About & Services
Care for ears, nose, throat, voice & balance.
A closer look at Dr. Parita Pandya's practice and the nine areas of ENT care offered at Advance ENT Care.
About the Doctor
A decade of careful ENT practice.
Dr. Parita Pandya is an ENT specialist with an MS in Otorhinolaryngology and over a decade of clinical practice in Vadodara. At Advance ENT Care, she sees patients across the full spectrum of ear, nose, throat, voice and balance concerns β from a child's recurring tonsillitis to an adult struggling with vertigo or chronic sinus issues.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief: most ENT problems are misunderstood before they're treated. A patient who knows what is happening and why tends to recover better β and ask the right questions along the way.
She offers endoscopic diagnostics in-clinic, manages medical treatment for the majority of cases, and refers for surgery only when it's genuinely needed.
Conditions & Specialties
What we treat at Advance ENT Care.
Nine areas of ENT practice, explained in plain language. If your concern isn't here, just write in β we'll guide you.
β 01
Vertigo & Balance
If the room spins or you feel unsteady on your feet β inner-ear problems that look mysterious but respond well to the right diagnosis.
β 02
Sinus Problems
Chronic congestion, facial pressure, post-nasal drip. Most sinus issues are manageable without surgery once the trigger is identified.
β 03
Hearing & Ear Care
From wax blockage and infections to tinnitus and hearing changes. We test, explain, and treat β gently, with proper follow-through.
β 04
Allergic Rhinitis
A blocked, runny, itchy nose that won't settle. We trace the triggers, build a practical plan, and use medication only where it adds value.
β 05
Voice & Throat
Hoarseness, vocal fatigue, swallowing discomfort. Especially for teachers, singers, and anyone whose work depends on their voice.
β 06
Snoring & Sleep
Snoring is sometimes harmless and sometimes a sign of sleep apnoea. We assess the airway honestly and recommend the right next step.
β 07
Paediatric ENT
Children's ENT issues need a gentler hand and clearer parent communication β handled with patience.
β 08
Tonsils & Adenoids
Recurring sore throats, disturbed sleep, breathing difficulty. We never rush to surgery β observation and medical management come first.
β 09
Endoscopic Diagnostics
In-clinic nasal and throat endoscopy means no guesswork. Quick, well-explained, and often answers questions other clinics couldn't.

Patient Questions
Answered before you ask.
The questions ENT patients most often ask before booking.
When should I see an ENT specialist instead of a general physician?
If a symptom in the ear, nose, throat, voice or balance hasn't settled within a week or two of basic care, or if it's recurring, an ENT consultation usually saves time. Persistent dizziness, hearing changes, chronic sinus issues, and voice problems specifically need ENT assessment.
Do all sinus problems need surgery?
No β the majority don't. Most sinus issues respond well to medical treatment once the underlying cause is correctly identified. Surgery is considered only when medical management has been given a fair trial.
What causes vertigo, and is it treatable?
Most vertigo comes from the inner ear. Several common types β like BPPV β respond to simple in-clinic manoeuvres. Once we know which type, treatment is often straightforward.
Will my child outgrow recurring tonsillitis or ear infections?
Many children do, with time and good management. Surgery is considered only when infections are frequent enough to affect school, sleep, or development. We explain the threshold clearly and never rush this decision.
Is nasal endoscopy painful?
No. Nasal and throat endoscopy is quick, well-tolerated, and done in the clinic with topical numbing. Most patients describe it as mildly uncomfortable for under a minute β and well worth the clarity it gives.
How long does a first consultation take?
Plan for 20β30 minutes. We don't rush the first visit β history, examination, any in-clinic tests, and a proper explanation all take time. Follow-ups are usually shorter.
